Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 2 tablespoons ground cumin
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander optional, but I love it
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Add spices to a mixing bowl and stir to combine.
  • Store in an airtight spice jar for up to 6 months.

    • Go easy on the seasoning. Start with less than you think you need and add more to taste.
    • Feel free to add a teaspoon more or less of herbs or spices to your taste.
