Bang Bang Sauce

This savory sweet mayo-based sauce is ready in 5 minutes and great with seafood.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (230g) mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup (68g) sriracha
  • ¼ cup (68g) sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice less of more, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl.
  • Grab a whisk or fork and whisk it together till smooth.

Notes

  • This is a basic sauce, feel free to adjust ingredients as necessary.
  • I prefer it slightly tangier so I double up the lemon juice.
  • A pinch of lemon zest works wonders too.
  • Storage - keep in an airtight container inside the fridge for up to 7 days.
