  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cumin
  • pinch of ginger
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tomato diced
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) tzatziki
  • 4 tablespoons feta cheese crumbled

  • Cut potatoes into matchsticks and soak them in ice water for 10 minutes.
  • Preheat the Air Fryer to 350F / 180C.
  • Dry the potatoes and toss with olive oil and seasonings.
  • Arrange the potatoes in the basket of the air fryer.
  • Spread out fries in a single layer, cook in two batches if needed.
  • Cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden and crisp, turning halfway through cooking.
  • Transfer to a plate and top with feta, tomato and tzatziki before serving.

  • For even cooking, cut the potatoes as uniform as possible.
  • Air fryers can vary, so it’s best to use the cooking times as a guide and check your fries until you learn the quirks of your fryer.
  • Loaded fries can get soggy quickly. For the best flavor and texture, serve these immediately after cooking.
