Instructions
To Make Buffalo Chicken Baked Feta Pasta in the Oven
Preheat the oven to 400F / 200C / Gas 6. dd the feta cheese and the cherry tomatoes to a baking dish, drizzle on the oil and sprinkle on the Italian seasoning. Bake for 25-28 minutes or until the tomatoes burst and the feta is soft and starts melting.
While feta is baking, prepare the pasta, then drain and reserve 1 cup cooking water.
Remove the baking dish from the oven. Add the cooking pasta water, chicken, and buffalo sauce. Stir to combine everything together (the sauce should be creamy).
Add the cooked pasta, toss to coat, and serve.
To Make Buffalo Chicken Instant Pot Baked Feta Pasta
Add stock followed by pasta (make sure the pasta is submerged), tomatoes, feta nestled into the pasta and Italian seasoning.
Close the lid, turn the valve to sealing position, and set to high pressure / manual pressure for 4 minutes.
Once done perform a quick pressure release, open the lid, add in the chicken and buffalo sauce. Mix everything together and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
To Make Buffalo Chicken Air Fryer Baked Feta Pasta
Preheat air fryer to 350F / 180C.
Place feta cheese and the cherry tomatoes in a baking dish that fits inside the air fryer basket, drizzle on the oil, and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the tomatoes burst and the feta is soft and starts to melt.
While the feta is baking, prepare the pasta. Drain and reserve 1 cup of the cooking water for the sauce.
Remove the baking dish from the air fryer, add the cooking pasta water, chicken, and buffalo sauce. Stir to combine everything together (the sauce should be creamy).
Transfer to a bigger dish, add the cooked pasta, toss to coat, and serve.
