- 12 ounces (340g) frozen carrots
- 12 ounces (340g) frozen green beans
- oil or calorie-controlled cooking spray
- garlic salt to taste
- dry seasoning optional and to taste
Preheat Air fryer to 400F / 200C.
Mix frozen beans or frozen carrots with oil and garlic salt and place them into the air fryer basket.
Air fry for 8-11 minutes or until sizzling turning halfway through.
If you want them browned you can air fry for a couple more minutes.
- Cooking frozen vegetables at a higher heat reduces the chance of them going soggy.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer so the vegetables cook evenly.
- It is better to spray oil on them for even coverage rather than drizzling.
- If using an oven-style Air Fryer, try and use the middle tray as the top tray would cook quicker and the lower tray will cook slower.
- If your air fryer is small you may need to cook in batches.
- If you replace the oil with calorie-controlled cooking spray, there are 0 WW Blue Plan SmartPoints in one serving.
