Easy Sriracha Aioli

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (239g) mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons sriracha sauce or less, according to taste
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth and combined. Go easy on sriracha; start with less and add more to taste.
  • Adjust salt and any extra lemon juice if required and serve immediately, or store in the fridge until needed.

Notes

  • Use a reduced fat mayonnaise if you want to cut back on calories.
  • Go easy on the sriracha to make it less spicy if the kids are having some.
  • Add in a pinch of lemon zest for some extra flavor in your sriracha mayo aioli.
  • Swap in vegan mayo if you have vegan guests.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
