Frozen Wontons In Air Fryer

Ingredients

  • 12 frozen potstickers
  • 1 tablespoon oil or cooking spray

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F / 204 degrees C. Spay the air fryer basket with oil.
  • Remove the potstickers from the package and spray lightly with oil.
  • Line the basket with the potstickers, making sure to keep the in a single layer.
  • Cook for 7-9 minutes, turning over halfway through. Potstickers should be golden in color.

Notes

  • No need to thaw – go straight from the freezer to air fryer.
  • Cook potstickers in a single layer. Don’t overlap or let them touch and cook in several batches if necessary. 
  • Coat lightly with oil to avoid drying out the exterior of the dumpling. 
  • Turn the potstickers over halfway through cooking. 
  • Storage - keep leftovers in an airtight container inside the fridge for 4 days.
