  • 2 ounces (200g) cheese 2 slices, optional

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees F / 200 degrees C.
  • Place frozen burgers in the air fryer basket and cook for 9-12 minutes.
  • Flip over halfway through the cooking time.
  • When done, switch off the air fryer, top each patty with cheese (if desired), close the Air Fryer and let the cheese melt on the burger for 1-2 minutes.
  • Build your burgers and then serve.

Notes

  • When freezing burgers, place a square of waxed paper or parchment between the patties to make them easy to separate even when frozen.
  • There is no need to thaw the burgers. You can cook frozen burgers in air fryer.
  • Preheat your air fryer for the best results.
  • Flip the burgers over halfway through the suggested time.
  • Following the low-carb, gluten free, keto, paleo or whole30 diet? No problem! Just serve your burger without the bun and leave off the cheese if required by your diet.
  • Do not overcrowd the Air Fryer – Make sure there is space between each burger so they cook evenly.
  • Air fryer temperatures will vary depending on the make and model, so use the cooking time as a guide only and adjust as needed.
  • Switch off the Air Fryer before topping the patties with the cheese to avoid the cheese flying off the burger.
  • Thinner burgers cook quicker than thicker patties. Adjust the time accordingly.
  • Storage – frozen burgers can be stored in the freezer for up to 6 months.
  • There are 7 WW Blue Plan SmartPoints in one serving of this.
