Preheat the air fryer to 370F / 190C and remove the frozen potato skins from packaging.
Place them in a single layer inside the air fryer basket.
Cook for 5-7 minutes, until heated through and the cheese has thoroughly melted.
Remove from the air fryer, serve and enjoy!
Notes
Do not thaw! These potato skins will cook best directly from frozen.
No oil needed! These will cook perfectly without any added oil.
Leave space between the potato skins. Don’t overlap or crowd the air fryer basket.
Cook in batches if you want to make a lot of potato skins.
Use tongs to remove them as they will be hot.
Air fryer temperatures will vary depending on the type and model, so use the cook time listed as a guide. I recommend starting with less time, checking food for doneness, and adjusting as needed.
Storage - keep leftovers in an airtight container inside the fridge for 3 days.
