Air Fryer Ham Casserole
A great way to use leftover holiday ham.

- 4 cups cooked pasta
- 1 ½ cups Alfredo sauce or more, warmed
- 1 ½ cups chopped ham already cooked
- 1-2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 1 1/2 cups chopped mozzarella or bocconcini cheese
Air Fryer Instructions:
Preheat an air fryer to 350F / 180C.
In an air fryer-safe dish, combine the pasta, sauce, ham, and a little bit of the cheese.
Top the casserole with the remaining cheese and the rosemary sprigs.
Place the dish into the air fryer basket and cook for between 7-11 minutes or until the pasta sauce is bubbling and the cheese has melted.
Oven Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350F / 180C.
Combine the ingredients in a casserole dish and add an extra 1 to 1 ½ cups of sauce.
Bake for about 25 minutes until bubbly.
If desired, broil for a few minutes at the end to brown the cheese.
Cover with foil for most of the cooking time if you don’t want it too brown.
- This recipe is great for using leftover ham, but you can also use leftover pasta and sauce.
- Add more sauce to taste if you prefer.
- Warm the sauce first, and it will speed up the cooking process.
- Make sure your dish is air fryer safe and fits inside your air fryer basket.
- The ingredients are all cooked but make sure the casserole heats through before serving.
- You can also bake leftover ham casserole in the oven.
- Air fryers vary slightly between manufacturers, so use the time as a guide and adjust according to your model.
- Storage - keep leftovers in an airtight container inside the fridge for 3 days.
