Ingredients

  • 8 cups (1200g) chopped fruit grapes, melons, strawberries halved or whole, pineapple and berries
  • ½ small watermelon cut into rounds
  • 3 slices pineapple
  • ½ cup (122g) yogurt to serve as dip
  • chocolate Easter candies optional

Instructions

  • Slice the watermelon and pineapple into circles.
  • Use Easter bunny cookie cutters to cut the fruit slices into bunnies and bunny’s ears.
  • Chop other fruits.
  • Arrange chopped fruit and the fruit bunnies onto a platter with the yogurt dip and chocolate candies.
  • Alternately, you can arrange the fruit in the shape of a bunny by grouping like fruits together to form the bunny face, bunny’s ears and even whiskers.

Notes

  • Wash and dry all of the fruit.
  • Cut the watermelon and pineapple into thick rounds to cut out the bunny shape with the cookie cutters.
  • Look for seedless watermelon when possible.
  • Prep fruit up to 3 days in advance, but store each kind of fruit in a separate container.
  • Arrange the fruit just before serving.
  • Keep the fruit cold by placing the tray over a tray of ice.
  • Add toothpicks or tongs for serving the fruit.
  • Storage - keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.
  • There is 1 WW Blue Plan SmartPoint in one serving of this.
