- 10-12 Flour tortillas
- 1 cup (199g) Mexican rice
- 1 cup (164g) Corn
- 1 cup (200g)Tomatoes diced
- 1 cup (120g) Cheese shredded
- 1 cup (180g) Beans
- 1 cup (250g) Salsa
Lay a tortilla down on a flat surface.
Layer toppings into the center of the tortilla.
Roll the burrito closed and place the burritos seam side down in the air fryer basket.
Air fry for 5 minutes at 375 degrees F / 190 degrees C.
Remove and serve with salsa or cheese dip.
- Microwave the tortillas or heat them in a dry skillet to make them more pliable and easier to fold once they have been filled.
- For easy prep, combine all your favorite toppings in a large bowl.
- Don’t overfill the tortilla or the burrito may fall apart and the filling may ooze out.
- Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket. Arrange burritos with plenty of space between each burrito, so they brown evenly and get crispy all over.
- Add hot sauce to make your burrito spicy.
- Want a softer burrito? Wrap the burrito in aluminum foil before air frying for a soft tortilla.
- For an extra crispy, chimichanga-like burrito, spray it with cooking oil before air frying.
- Storage - assemble, wrap and freeze uncooked burritos for up to 3 months.
- There are 7 WW Blue Plan SmartPoints in one serving of this.
