Air Fryer  Bagels

Making delicious Air Fryer Bagels at home is easy and fun! These yeast-free Greek yogurt bagels are done in under an hour and have that perfectly soft and chewy bagel texture.

INGREDIENTS

- All-purpose flour - Baking powder - Kosher salt - Plain nonfat Greek yogurt - Egg beaten - Everything Bagel Seasoning

Step 1

Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees F / 180 degrees C. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.

Step 2

Mix in the Greek yogurt until combined, then shape dough into a round ball and transfer to a lightly floured surface.

Step 3

Split the dough into 8 smaller portions, then roll each into a 9-inch rope. Form each rope into a circle and pinch edges to create a bagel.

Step 4

Brush bagels with egg wash and top with the everything bagel seasoning. Add the bagels into the air fryer basket, leaving space between them. Cook about 10-11 minutes or until golden.

Step 5

Remove from air fryer and allow to cool for 10 minutes before eating.
