Air Fryer Pork Satay Recipe

This healthier Air Fryer Pork Satay Recipe with Peanut Sauce is just about as good as it gets. Settle in for a healthier supper with this delicious pork recipe.

INGREDIENTS

- Garlic - Ginger root - Hot pepper sauce - Tamari soya - Vegetable oil - Lean pork chops - Shallot - Ground coriander - Light coconut milk - Unsalted peanut butter

Step 1

Mix together the garlic, ginger, 1 tsp hot pepper sauce, 1 tbsp. soy sauce, and 1 tbsp. oil and meat in a large bowl and leave to marinate for 15 mins.

Step 2

Preheat the AirFryer to 400F / 200°C. Put the marinated meat in the basket and slide it into the AirFryer. Set the timer to 12 mins and roast the meat until brown and done.

Step 3

In the meantime, make the peanut sauce: heat 1 tablespoon oil in a saucepan and gently sauté the shallot with the remainder of the garlic.

Step 4

Stir in the coriander and fry for a few secs. Mix in the coconut milk, peanut butter, 1 tsp hot pepper sauce and 1 tbsp. soy sauce, bring to a gentle boil and boil for 5 minutes.
