Air Fryer Salmon Patties

Air Fryer Salmon Patties are a quick & easy healthy meal that is packed with flavor. Cooking salmon patties in air fryer makes them nice & crispy on the outside, yet keeps them tender & moist inside.

INGREDIENTS

- Fresh or canned salmon - Cilantro (coriander) - Green onions (spring onions) - Smoked paprika - Egg - Salt and pepper

Step 1

Preheat air fryer to 360 degrees F / 180 degrees C. Mince fresh salmon or open salmon cans, drain and remove bones. 

Step 2

If using fresh salmon, remove bones and mince by hand. Add all ingredients to a bowl and combine.

Step 3

Form 6 patties, making sure they are the same size. Add patties to the air fryer basket and lightly spray with no-calorie cooking spray.

Step 4

Cook for 6-8 minutes, turning the patties over halfway through the cook time.
