Air Fryer Salmon Patties

Cooking salmon patties in the air fryer makes them nice and crispy on the outside, yet keeps them tender and moist inside.

INGREDIENTS

canned salmon cilantro  green onions smoked paprika egg salt

Step 1

Preheat air fryer to 360°F/ 180°C.

Step 2

Mince your fresh salmon or open salmon tins, drain and remove bones. If using fresh salmon, remove bones and mince by hand.

Add all ingredients to a bowl and combine. Form 6 patties, making sure they are the same size.

Step 3

Add patties to the air fryer basket and lightly spray with no-calorie cooking spray.

Step 4

Cook for 6-8 mins, turning the patties over halfway through the cook time.
