Air Fryer  Stuffed Mushrooms

These Air Fryer Stuffed Mushrooms are simple to make and full of flavor! These prep-ahead bites are a perfect appetizer, party snack, or side dish.

INGREDIENTS

- Baby Bella mushrooms - Panko breadcrumbs - Parmesan cheese - Cream cheese - Cheddar cheese - Mild salsa or marinara sauce - Ranch seasoning - Dried oregano or dried sage

Step 1

Bring the cream cheese to room temperature. Combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, half of the parmesan cheese, salsa, and seasonings in a small bowl.

Step 2

Blend until creamy and well combined. Wipe the mushrooms clean with a damp paper towel and remove the stems, leaving the caps intact.

Step 3

Evenly divide the filling mixture between the mushroom caps. Place the stuffed mushrooms in a single layer in the air fryer basket and bake for 15 minutes.

Step 4

While the mushrooms bake, combine the breadcrumbs and the remaining grated Parmesan cheese in a small bowl.
