Baked Wild Salmon Patties

These Baked Wild Salmon Patties are flaky and tender on the inside and delightfully crispy on the outside. Made with wild salmon, this is a quick, easy and healthy recipe. 

INGREDIENTS

- Wild Alaska red salmon - Cilantro - Green onion - Mild thai curry paste - Lemon zest

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 F / 190 C / gas 5. Open the salmon tins, drain and remove any bones.

Step 2

Add to bowl along with rest of ingredients. Mix and form into 6 uniformly sized patties.

Step 3

Place on baking tray and spray lightly with low calorie spray. Bake for 15-20 mins.
