Spiced Easter Biscuits

Orange zest and cranberries make these Spiced Easter Biscuits the perfect dessert for your next Easter holiday celebration.

INGREDIENT

- Plain flour - Butter - Caster sugar - Baking powder - All spice - Cinnamon - Orange zest - Cranberries - Egg

Step 1

Pre heat the oven to fan 140C / 160C / 320F / gas 3 and line a baking tray. Add the flour and butter to a food processor and process until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs.

Step 2

Then add in the sugar, baking powder, spices, orange zest and cranberries and process till mixed.

Step 3

Add in the egg and pulse for a few seconds until the mixture forms into a dough.

Step 4

Roll the dough to a thickness of about 1 cm and then cut into your desired cookie shapes. Bake for about 15-18 mins until biscuits are golden.
