Air Fryer Bacon Wrapped Scallops are an easy-to-make yet impressive and elegant appetizer. The perfect finger food for serving at New Year’s Eve, cocktail parties, or any special occasion.
Preheat Air Fryer to 390 degrees F / 400 degrees C. Cut bacon slices in half and stretch them a little.
Clean and remove any side muscles and then pat the scallops dry with a paper towel.
Wrap each scallop with one of the half slices of bacon. Secure the bacon around the scallops with a toothpick.
Place scallops in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry scallops for 8 – 11 minutes. Remove the scallops from the air fryer.
Remove toothpicks, and transfer to a paper towel lined plate to remove any excess bacon grease.
