Air Fryer Pork Chops

These healthier Air Fryer Pork Chops are crispy on the outside, yet deliciously tender and juicy on the inside.

Suitable for Keto, Gluten Free, and Low Carb diets. Post Includes Weight Watchers points.

INGREDIENTS

boneless pork chops  almond flour Parmesan cheese paprika Italian seasoning Creole Seasoning or Cajun seasoning 

Step 1

Mix together almond flour, Parmesan cheese, paprika, Herbs de Provence, Cajun / Creole or another seasoning in a medium bowl.

Step 2

Lightly spray both sides of the meat with a a little olive oil (or if following a calorie-controlled diet, some cooking spray).

Cover both sides of the pork chops with the coating mix, then place pork chops in the air fryer basket. Make sure these are not touching.

Step 3

Air fry anytime between 8 minutes to 12 minutes, depending on the thickness of pork chops flipping halfway through. These here took 9 minutes.

Step 4

Remove the meat from the basket and serve.
