Easy Grilled Shrimp Salad

Grilled Shrimp Salad is a nice healthy, light meal for the summertime. This Moroccan Grilled Shrimp Salad Recipe is super flavorful and is ready to serve in just 15 minutes!

INGREDIENTS

MOROCCAN GRILLED SHRIMP: - Olive oil - Tamari soy sauce - Harissa paste - Shrimps HARISSA SALAD DRESSING: - Olive oil - Lemon juice - Harissa paste - Salt

Step 1

Soak bamboo skewers in water for 30 minutes before using. Or you can grill shrimp directly with no skewers.

Step 2

Mix together olive oil, soy sauce and harissa paste in a mixing bowl. Add the shrimp to the bowl and mix until coated.

Step 3

You can cook straight away or leave to marinate the shrimp for between 30 minutes to 24 hours. Thread about 5 shrimp to each skewer.
