Prepare the fruit by peeling, slicing and halving the pineapple. Peel and slice the oranges in rings. Peel and slice the mangoes. Wash and slice the peaches.
Add all the fruit on a large plate or in a salad bowl. Add chopped mint.
Drizzle maple syrup on top of the fruit, sprinkle with salt and a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
Garnish with additional lime wedges and serve.

Notes
Make sure not to leave out the lime juice. This keeps the fruit from turning brown as well as adding flavor. Use lemon if you prefer.
While canned fruit can be used, fresh fruit has a firmer texture and will last longer, not to mention taste so much better. So use fresh fruit if possible.
Fruits are especially notorious for being heavily laden with pesticides so if your budget allows, buy organic fruit. Your body will thank you!
For the best taste and freshness, chill the fruit salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. It allows the flavors to blend.
Sprinkle with nuts, seeds, or coconut flakes to add a crunchy texture and packed nutrition.
Serve the fruit salad as a standalone dish or pair it with yogurt, coconut whipped cream, or a scoop of sorbet for a delightful dessert option.
