Honey Saffron Milk
Beat the cold with this fragrant and warming honey saffron milk.

- 500 ml (2 cups) semi-skimmed milk
- 4 cardamom pods split
- 0.25 tsp saffron threads or more to your taste
- 2 tsp honey
Put the milk, cardamom pods and saffron threads into a pot over low hit and bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer and simmer for 5 mins. Then switch off the heat.
Stir in the honey and let milk cool a little bit before serving.
Top with a few saffron strands, a few pistachio nuts and some rose petals.
