Orange and Cardamom Baked Salmon
A deliciously different orange and cardamom baked salmon recipe.

Instructions
Preheat oven to fan-assisted 180C / 200c / 400F / gas 4.
In a small bowl, mix together the orange juice, maple syrup, orange zest and cardamom.
Put salmon skin side down in an oven tray and brush the orange and cardamom mixture over the salmon.
Bake the salmon for 10-15 mins.
Test the salmon with a thermometer for doneness - 50C for rare and 63C for well done.
