Whisk together the eggs, milk, double cream, vanilla and nutmeg until combined
Cut brioche rolls into rough pieces.
Lay half the cut brioche rolls in the multicooker bowl along with half the blueberries and almonds.
Then layer with the remaining brioche.
Pour all the egg mixture over the bread and scatter over the remaining blueberries and almonds.
Put the bowl in the cooker, close the lid, switch it on, select the slow cooker programme and set the time for 2.5 hrs.
Serve the slow cooker brioche French toast with extra fruit, nuts and maple syrup.
