Watermelon Margarita Popsicles
These are a delicious adults-only way to beat the summertime heat!

- 1 small seedless watermelon cubed (approximately 3lbs)
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/4 cup tequila
- 1/4 tsp pink Himalayan salt or sea salt flakes
- Lime slices to suspend inside the ice pops
Cut the watermelon into cubes and place cubes into blender. Mix until smooth.
Next, add the lime juice, tequila, and Himalayan salt and blend until well mixed.
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for about 2 - 2.5 hrs.
Remove the popsicle molds from the freezer, and add in the lime slices. Freeze for an additional 4 - 5 hrs until fully frozen.
Remove the watermelon margarita popsicles from the mold and serve.

You can replace the watermelon with other fruit, such as mango, papaya or pineapple. Strawberry margarita popsicles are a personal fave.

When blending your ingredients together start with a slower setting and then increase speed.

To make non-alcoholic margarita popsicles, simply replace the tequila with lemonade. The kids will absolutely looooove this family-friendly version!

Cutting the watermelon into smaller cubes will result in getting a smoother purée faster.
