- ¼ cup (85g) honey
- ¼ cup (56g) barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1- 1½ tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- Mix this at least 30 minutes in advance, but even longer is better as the flavors get better with time.
- Use fresh lemon juice instead of bottled.
