- 1 roll pre-made chocolate chip cookie dough
- 3 Cadbury Creme Eggs
Preheat Air Fryer to 275 degrees F / 130 degrees C.
Take half the dough and press it into the bottom of a lightly oiled baking dish.
Add in creme eggs and then top with the remainder of the cookie dough.
Place the dish inside air fryer basket and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the pie is fully cooked through and a toothpick comes out clean.
- The type of baking dish used for this recipe is a round 7 inches / 18 cms.
- No need to cut up the creme eggs, just put them in whole.
- Feel free to use mini creme eggs instead. Make sure to use an amount of mini eggs that is equivalent to 3 large eggs.
- Please be careful to not overcook this, otherwise, it becomes very dry.
- Since air fryer temperatures can vary, watch this closely the first time you make it (you don’t overcook) and adjust the cooking time as needed.
- To really make this a chocoholics dream, add some chocolate chips.
- Storage - keep refrigerated for 3 days, or freeze for up to 6 weeks.
