Gluten-Free Cashew Chocolate Brownies {Recipe Video}

Ingredients

  • Delicious Alchemy gluten-free chocolate brownie mix
  • 100 g (3.5oz) butter melted
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 55 g (2oz) lightly roasted cashew nuts roughly chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to fan-assisted 160C / 180 C / 350F / gas 4 and line the sides and base as well as oil a 20cm (8 inch) square tin.
  • In a large bowl combine the brownie mix and the butter until the mix starts to form a batter.
  • Then mix in the eggs, followed by the cashews until well combined.
  • Pour the brownie batter into the prepared tin and bake for 18-22 mins.
  • When done, let cool in the tin for 20 mins before cooling completely on a wire rack.
  • Slice and serve.
