Finely chop the lemongrass and add it to a small bowl. Mix with oil and garlic salt.
Spread the lemongrass mixture over the pork steaks.
Place the pork steak inside the air fryer basket and cook for 7-12 minutes, or until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F / 66 degrees C.
