- 1 cup (250g) Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Ranch seasoning
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
- 1 - 1 ½ tablespoons lemon juice optional
- It is best to chill this ranch dip for an hour or 2 for the flavor to develop before serving. So do factor this in if planning to serve to guests.
- You may need to add salt depending on how much salt your seasoning has.
- Swap the sharpness - use vinegar if you don't have lemon.
- Add heat – add in some red pepper, jalapeños, or some fresh chili.
- Swap the yogurt – replace the full-fat greek yogurt with half-fat yogurt or dairy-free yogurt.
- Add garlic - some fresh minced garlic adds a lot of flavor.
- Storage - keep in an airtight container inside the fridge for up to 4 days.
