A quick healhy yoghurt dip that kids love making for the summer.
- 150 g (5oz) plain Greek yoghurt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp mild paprika
- 1/4 tsp minced garlic
- Salt to taste
Get the kiddos to measure out all the ingredients.
Let them add half the lemon juice and all the other ingredient into a bowl and mix away.
Get them to check if the rest of the lemon juice is necessary and adjust the seasoning.
They absolutely love arranging the dip along with fresh crunchy vegetable for those family gatherings.
