Fruity Lime and Ginger Beer Mocktail
Thisย Fruity Lime and Ginger Beer Mocktail is very easy to whip up.
I have been on a mocktail kick recently. I have worked my way recently through quite a few of them including this guava coconut mocktail, a rosemary and cucumber infused ginger beer mocktail and now this fruity lime and ginger beer mocktail with lots and lots and lots of fruit.
I guess it is my way of mixing up the drinks I serve guests at brunches and picnics, as well as having a nice easy stunning centre piece. Image that huge glass jug filled to the brim with this mocktail along with a gazillion berries. You get what I mean right?
I used blueberries and strawberries in this but you can easily play around with the fruits you have available to you. I can see this working quite well with peaches or cucumber. The main this is to throw everything together a couple of hours before everyone arrive and refrigerate it. Then simply start pouring as people walk in.
Now go whip up my fruity lime and ginger mocktail and let me know what you think.
