  2. In another bowl, mix together all the dressing ingredients until combined.
  3. Combine the 2 bowls and mix all together until combined.
  4. Let sit for 60 minutes for the flavors to blend in refrigerator, stir again and then serve.

  • 1 pound (450g) shredded cabbage about half a small cabbage
  • 1 small carrot shredded
  • 3 green onions finely sliced

Dressing

  • 1/2 cup (115g) mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp white sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp buttermilk
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
