Ingredients

  • 2 ounces (60ml) coconut rum
  • 1 ounces (30ml) dark rum
  • 1 tablespoon grenadine
  • 2 ounces (60ml) orange juice
  • 2 ounces (60ml) pineapple juice
  • 1 ¼ cup (300g) ice cubes divided
  • 1 orange chopped into slices (for garnish)
  • 1 pineapple wedge for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill one glass with a cup of ice cubes. Pour the grenadine into the bottom of the glass.
  • In a cocktail shaker, combine the remaining ¼ cup ice, coconut rum, dark rum, orange juice, and pineapple juice. Shake well to mix and chill.
