How To Make Ninja Creami Banana Ice Cream

Step 1. Put the half and half, sugar, sour cream, and bananas in a blender.

Step 2. Blend the ingredients together until the mixture is smooth.

Step 3. Transfer the mixture to a Ninja CREAMi pint container. Seal with the lid and freeze for a full 24 hours.

Step 4. To process, remove the ice cream from the freezer, remove the lid, and place it in the Ninja Creami outer bowl. Push the ice cream button. When done, check the consistency. If it’s too firm, push the re-spin button.

Tips For Success

  • Let it freeze for a full 24 hours. The ice cream base must be fully frozen to process correctly.
  • If you don’t like having to wait, it’s a good idea to prep and freeze more than one pint at a time.

  • 2 bananas medium size
  • 2 cups (480ml) half and half
  • cup (67g) sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract optional
