FAQs
It’s possible to put fresh fruit and frozen fruit in the Ninja Creami. Depending on the recipe you’re following, you may need to make adjustments to the base or processing time.
Unlike other methods for making ice cream, the Ninja Creami does not have a cooling mechanism. The mixture must be fully frozen in order to achieve a smooth, creamy ice cream texture when processing.
If after processing, your mixture isn’t creamy, it could be the result of either not being frozen enough or being too frozen. Using the re-spin program and if needed, adding a bit of milk or water will usually fix the issue.
