FAQs

Why does the Ninja Creami have to freeze for 24 hours?

Unlike other ice cream making methods, the Ninja Creami does not have a cooling mechanism. Therefore the mixture must be fully frozen in order to achieve a smooth, creamy ice cream texture when processing.

Why is my Ninja Creami not creamy?

If after processing, your mixture isn’t creamy, it could be the result of either not being frozen enough or being too frozen. Using the re-spin program and if needed, adding a bit of milk or water will usually fix the issue.
