I’m not even sure this should be a question but the answer is unequivocally, YES! Toss everything into a blender with some ice and blend to your desired consistency. I dare say, ice cream would be a fantastic substitution as well.

Any coffee liqueur will work. We just happen to be big fans of Kahlua.
Can This Cocktail Be Made in a Shaker?
