Cocktail Recipe Variations
Whilst this version is one of my favorite whiskey lemonade drink recipes – I have created many other versions based on what I have available and what guests might like.
- Make it fizzy : top with ginger ale, club soda or seltzer water.
- Add a bit of heat : Add a pinch of red pepper flakes or cayenne or add in a jalapeno for about 10 minutes before serving.
- Add more booze : add more bourbon or more lemonade to your taste. And a bit of champagne work wonders.
Cranberry Variation
For a colorful and fun festive version, I add in 1-2 cups of cranberry juice and extra fruit. Soooooo good!
