  • Chives — You can use chives, scallions, or green onions, depending on your taste preferences.
  • Hot sauce — Look for a buffalo sauce. Easily adjust the heat level by increasing or decreasing the amount.

Pro Tips

  • Warm the corn tortillas slightly to make them more pliable and prevent cracking. Wrap them in a damp paper towel and microwave for about 20-30 seconds.
  • Customize the buffalo chicken roll ups by adding your favorite ingredients like diced bell peppers, shredded cheese, or chopped jalapenos for extra flavor and texture.
  • If you prefer a milder version, reduce the amount of hot sauce or omit it completely.
  • Use flour tortillas instead of corn tortillas if you prefer.
  • Ensure that the cream cheese is softened to make it easier to mix with the other ingredients.
  • If desired, you can refrigerate the rolled tortillas for about 1-2 hours to allow them to firm up before slicing. This step is optional but can help the pinwheels hold their shape better.

  • Pesto Chicken Pinwheels — Spread pesto sauce on tortillas, add shredded chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
