How to Make This Breakfast Frittata In The Air Fryer
Breakfast Frittata Ingredients:
- Eggs
- Cheddar cheese
- Mushrooms
- Grape tomatoes (cherry tomatoes)
- Chopped spinach
- Fresh chopped herbs
- Green onion
- Salt
Air Fryer Frittata Instructions:
- Preheat the air fryer to 350 F / 180 C.
- Line a deep 7-inch baking pan with parchment paper, then oil the pan and set it aside.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and cream.
- Add the rest of the ingredients including the sea salt flakes salt to the bowl, and stir to combine.
- Pour the breakfast frittata mixture into the baking pan and place inside the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-16 minutes, or until eggs are set. To check, insert a toothpick in the center of the air fryer frittata. The eggs are set if it comes out clean.
Chef’s Tip: if you want to avoid having your breakfast frittata get overly brown on top, cover the pan with foil before cooking and then remove it when halfway done.

- As the eggs can stick to the pan, lining it with parchment and then oiling it is important.
- Feel free to vary the veggies in this recipe to suit your taste. Just make sure to stick with quick cooking veggies.

Not sure why, but it took mine about 40 minutes to cook completely. I used a 7” springform pan and when placed in my fryer basket, there was about 3/4” space all the way around the outside of the pan so I know the airflow was ok. I covered it loosely with foil as stated in the directions, but at the 10 minute mark it was still completely uncooked. I uncovered, cooked another 10 minutes to find it starting to brown on top, so I put the foil back on top and it took approximately 20 more minutes to cook through. It was still fluffy and delicious.
Am I the only one who didn’t see cream, or the amount of cream, on the ingredients list?
