- Cook for 10 minutes, then turn over and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Check for doneness with a meat thermometer. The internal temperature should be 165 degrees F / 74 degrees C when inserted into the thickest part of chicken breasts.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes so that the juices redistribute, then slice and serve.
