What Is Pesto Aioli?

Aioli is basically mayonnaise with garlic and olive oil. You can then add all sorts of extra flavoring, like the pesto in this version. This easy sauce recipe is a perfect mash-up of creamy Aioli and classic basil pesto.

Loads of recipes start by making the mayonnaise from scratch. But let’s make life much easier, by starting with your favorite olive oil based mayonnaise and adding the flavors. You will end up with a delicious dipping and spreading sauce with minimal effort.
